A newly emerged video from the Andarab district of Baghlan province shows armed fighters affiliated with Jamiat-e-Islami declaring their readiness to launch coordinated offensives against Taliban forces across Afghanistan.

In the footage, masked fighters brandishing automatic weapons state that they are awaiting direct orders from Atta Mohammad Noor, a senior leader of Jamiat-e-Islami and a prominent figure in the former resistance leadership. The armed group asserts that they have maintained a continuous presence in the rugged valleys of Andarab and are fully prepared to scale up military actions alongside other resistance networks to challenge Taliban rule.

The development highlights persistent pockets of armed opposition in northern Afghanistan, particularly in areas like Baghlan where local resistance factions have historically mounted fierce challenges against central authorities.
