The Afghanistan Freedom Front (AFF) has announced that its forces executed a targeted attack against de facto Taliban intelligence operatives in Pul-e Alam, the provincial capital of Logar.
According to an official press statement released by the front, the operation took place at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13, within the First Security District of Pul-e Alam, in close proximity to the de facto provincial police command headquarters. The front reported that the assault resulted in the death of three de facto intelligence personnel, while two others were wounded.
De facto officials in Logar have not yet issued a formal statement regarding the engagement or confirmed the casualty claims.
The operation forms part of an ongoing escalation by the AFF against de facto security and intelligence targets across central and northern provinces. Over recent months, resistance fronts have intensified tactical ambushes and urban strikes in regional hubs, expanding operational reach beyond traditional footholds in Badakhshan and Nuristan.
