Pakistani security forces have arrested three Afghan citizens who were allegedly attempting to cross the Pakistan-Afghanistan international border in the Dalbandin sector.

According to the report, the three individuals had been released only a day earlier but were subsequently apprehended again while attempting to cross the border. Their repeated detention has raised concerns regarding their activities and possible security implications.

Kabul Point had previously reported that the individuals could potentially be used in terrorist activities linked to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) against Pakistan. However, any alleged links or involvement would require confirmation through an official investigation.

The incident comes amid heightened security concerns along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, where authorities have increased monitoring to prevent illegal crossings and possible militant infiltration.

Security forces routinely conduct checks and surveillance in sensitive border areas to identify individuals attempting to enter the country through unauthorized routes. The Dalbandin sector, located in Balochistan, is among the areas where border security remains a significant concern.

The latest arrests are likely to draw further attention to cross-border security and the movement of individuals between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Authorities are expected to investigate the three suspects and determine the circumstances surrounding their attempted crossing and previous release.

The development also highlights ongoing concerns between Pakistan and Afghanistan over allegations of militant activity and cross-border security threats.
