A schoolteacher named Nematullah was shot and killed by unidentified gunmen while he was on his way to school in the city of Kohna Baghlan, according to local sources.

The incident took place on Wednesday at around 1:45 p.m., when Nematullah was traveling in his personal vehicle. Sources said unidentified armed men opened fire on his car, killing him at the scene.

According to reports, approximately 15 bullets struck the teacher’s vehicle during the attack. The assailants fled after the shooting, and no group has so far claimed responsibility for the killing.
