The Freedom Front of Afghanistan has claimed that three Taliban fighters were killed and two members of the group were wounded in an attack targeting a Taliban outpost in Tagab district of Kapisa province.

According to the Freedom Front, its fighters carried out the attack on the Taliban position, resulting in casualties among Taliban personnel. The group described the incident as part of its ongoing armed activities against the Taliban authorities in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, the United Afghanistan Front has separately reported the killing of a Taliban police member in District 15 of Kandahar city.

The two claims indicate continued armed activity by anti-Taliban groups in different parts of Afghanistan. While the Freedom Front has reported attacks against Taliban positions in several provinces, the United Afghanistan Front has also claimed responsibility for operations targeting Taliban security personnel.

There was no independent confirmation of the reported casualties or details of the attacks at the time of the reports. Taliban authorities have also not immediately provided a statement regarding the incidents.

The latest reports come amid continued claims by anti-Taliban resistance groups that they are carrying out attacks against Taliban security forces and positions across Afghanistan. However, information about such incidents can be difficult to independently verify due to restrictions on media access and security conditions in several parts of the country.
